The two-rows Eta/Theta can be used as replacement of old depositors in the industrial sector for solid deposit, decorations and One-Shot. It is designed in order to be placed on existing tranport belts or production lines of third parties. This allows for easy replacement of worn units.

Also Eta/Theta models are equipped with the latest servo technology and the cantilever design allows for easy handling and cleaning of the machines.

Due to the unique turning piston system, a very precise volume can be achieved.  All KCM Eta/Theta models can be equipped with 3-axis (CAD), this allows the depositing head to move in all directions.

With the optional Nut-execution the Eta/Theta can also be used for depositing whole nuts and further inclusions.

The Theta model is the biggest depositor in our portfolio. It has the same features like Eta, though it is specially designed for wider belt conveyors and ovenbelts for width up to 1500mm. Whereas the movement of Eta is max. 300mm on the X-axis, it is possible up to 500mm with the Theta.
