Freedressing
Freedressing is an interesting alternative to a moulding line. Instead of depositing into a mould you can deposit directly onto an enrobing line. This makes the product look more artisan. Freedressing gives you also the option to easier change the shape and size of a product.
Our depositors can handle very viscous masses such as marzipan or pastry dough and can also be used to make chips and drops. You can equip a depositor also with a nut-drive in order to handle masses with inclusions to make clusters.
You can equip a Knobel freedressing line also with side guides in order to run normal moulds.
With our precise alignment- and detection system you can deposit directly on biscuits, pastry and extruded masses. The depositors can be placed directly over an ovenbelt. With a rosette turning device you can make other products or toppings.
Depositors with X-motion can follow the continuously running belt, which enables a controlled deposit. You can equip a depositor also with X- and Y-motion (CAD-execution), which allows the production of different shapes and products.
